I am a Mobile Notary and Certified Loan Signing Agent.
My office in Hayward is where I am Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. This is my Family's Business, Tarrell Live Scan & Notary. We offer Live Scans and Hard Card Ink Fingerprinting services as well as Notary services.

More than 500 Loan Signings Accurate and Complete
I have conducted hundreds of Loan Signings to date. Each year, I recertify as a Notary Signing Agent through an online continuing education series of modules and a test I must pass to re-earn my Notary Signing Agent status. I am up to date with any new changes coming in Loan Signings. After I pass, I have to submit to a background check and my E&O Insurance must be kept current.
